Clients are required to adhere to program instructions and requirements. PaintLaunch holds no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred through the use of our services. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PaintLaunch operates. We do not include any ad spend in any of our packages and it falls strictly on the service provider.

We do have our guarantee defined in specific contracts in which case redemption is different for each, please review your contract for further details on claiming your guarantee. Deposits are non-refundable and are used to cover initial setup costs and engagements. Ongoing service fees are due according to the terms outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension.
